Refund policy

 

Items purchased from 80/20 Rule must be returned in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage that would prevent them from being resold as new.

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and must include:

• Original packaging
• All tags attached
• Any items included in the original package

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

RETURN OPTIONS

We offer the following option:

• Refund in the form of Store Credit

All shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you’d like a different size or color simply return your item for Store Credit and place a new order for your preferred size or color (subject to availability).

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us for any reason (e.g. incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel):

The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order
